The “Demon Fly” Electric Beam Mounted Hopper Gate Opener offers a permanent and powerful solution for opening your toughest hopper gates safely and productively.
This electric unit mounts to a heavy duty “trolley” which easily slides back and forth on a 6” beam. A telescoping shaft with customizable lengths allows the unit to reach the wide variety of capstan depths, and the electric model has a hydraulic lift options to easily adjust to varying heights. In addition, a rotation option is available to completely remove the drive shaft from the walkway. These options enable the Fly units to fit where most beam mounted solutions may not.
Beam mounted hopper gate openers such as the “Demon Fly” utilize a much smaller and more concise footprint, making single-person operation easier and safer.
