These vibrators are available in an array of models, size, forces, and frequencies making them ideal for concrete forms, refractories, rail car and truck trailer hoppers, plant bins, other types of hoppers or any application that demands vibrator portability.
In addition to significantly reducing noise, air cushioning in our pneumatic Vibra-Might VMSAC Vibrators, prevents metal-to-metal impact– making them ideal for operation in hazardous areas. This also eliminates expensive damage from manual hammering on bins and hopper walls. These vacuum mount vibrators can handle light to moderate material loads.
The VMSAC Vacuum Mounted Vibrator series uses a one-piece, ductile iron housing and spring-less design which ensures long, effective life. It is also a safe option that eliminates the dangers of climbing into bins and hoppers to aid material flow. Its light weight significantly reduces ergonomic strain due to lifting on the end user.

Heavy-Duty FP95 Vacuum-Mount Vibrator Offers Powerful, Lightweight, and Flexible Vibration Solution for Industrial Bins, Railcars, and Material Handling
Our FP95 Aluminum Body Piston Vibrator with Vacuum Mount pairs a powerful but lightweight piston vibrator with a heavy duty suction cup base to create a vacuum mount solution capable of taking on your toughest tasks. Using only 16 CFM of air at 90 PSI, the 4” piston provides output force of approximately 1,000 pounds and frequency of approximately 2,800 vpm. The vacuum mount allows the vibrator to be temporarily attached when you don’t have a pocket for a wedge bracket or a way to permanently attach a vibrator.
Strong enough to vibrate heavy loads, but only weighing 38 pounds, this vacuum mount solution is ideal for tough tasks like railcar vibration or other thick wall bins. The suction pads are activated with the simple turn of a lever, and the resulting suction securely holds the vibrator in place. When you are ready to vibrate, you simply move the separate slide valve.
